Staying on the top floor gave us a beautiful view of the city at night, coming in on a conference rate. The rooms should be clean, but I had to change to another room.

The service was very attentive and helpful. Chris from engineering was excellent and even allowed me to check in early and surprised my girlfriend with flowers in the room. Monitoring the hotel 24/7.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were warm and made it hard to sleep, but they were also really nice once I switched to a new room. The popcorn ceilings added a unique touch to the decor. The service was top-notch, as the staff were really helpful and friendly, even accommodating my request to check in early and putting flowers in the room before my girlfriend arrived. The location, although outside of downtown, was perfect for my visits to the Red Rock Theatre, but not ideal for those without a car. The dining options were overpriced and underwhelming, which was a letdown compared to other factors like breakfast. The hotel had basic facilities but lacked standout amenities.
